This website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how our users use the site. How to Clear your browsers ‘cookies’ cache.

To get started, find your browser below:

Internet Explorer 9:

  1. Click the gear icon in the browser’s upper right corner and click Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab, click Delete in the Browsing History section.
  3. Clear all of the check boxes except Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
  4. Click Delete and then click OK.

Internet Explorer 8:

  1. In the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab, click Delete in the Browsing History section.
  3. Clear all of the check boxes except Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
  4. Click Delete and then click OK.

Internet Explorer 7:

  1. In the Tools menu, click Delete Browsing History.
  2. Click Delete Files and then click Yes.
  3. Click Delete Cookies and then click Yes.
  4. Click OK.

Internet Explorer 6 and earlier:

  1. In the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet files section, click Delete Files and then click OK.
  3. Click Delete Cookies and click OK.
  4. Click OK to close the window.

Mozilla Firefox 3.5 and later:

  1. In the Tools menu, click Clear Recent History.
  2. In the Time range to clear dropdown menu, select Everything.
  3. Click the arrow next to Details.
  4. Check the boxes for Cookies and Cache.
  5. Click Clear Now.

Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and earlier:

  1. In the Tools menu, click Clear Private Data Options.
  2. Check the boxes for Cache and Cookies.
  3. Click Clear Private Data Now.

Safari:

  1. In the Safari menu, click Empty Cache.
  2. Click Empty.
  3. In the Safari menu, click Preferences.
  4. Click the Security icon.
  5. Click the Show Cookies button.
  6. Click Remove All.
  7. Click Done.

Chrome:

  1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Clear browsing data.
  4. Clear all of the check boxes except for Empty the cache and Delete cookies and other site data.
  5. Use the “Clear data from this period” menu to select Everything.
  6. Click Clear browsing data.
